My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel boasted modern, immaculate rooms in a quiet courtyard, but I couldn't overlook the dusty sheets and towels. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff that made my experience truly comfortable. The location, while busy and lacking charm, provided easy access to main areas. The dining experience was a highlight, offering a broad variety of local foods, although the surroundings were not very appealing. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't as clean as expected and had a slight smell, but overall, I would stay again for the convenience of having a kettle in the room. The room was small but had an excellent bed, lots of storage space, and a large deluxe rain shower.

I had to wait for two days before they provided me with a capsule coffee machine, but the rooms were cozy and clean. The service was outstanding, with staff at our beck and call, and the breakfast hall had a simple, elegant interior. The location, although close to the main train station, felt a bit dodgy, but overall safe with a modern upscale flux. The dining experience was beyond description, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. Facilities were great, offering laundry services and tours/ticket assistance.

The courtyard could get a bit noisy, but considering it's a bustling city center, it wasn't a major issue. The service was top-notch overall, except for one minor incident. The location was superb, close to the train station and with modern amenities. Dining was a delightful experience, especially with the nearby attractions within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic hotel with exceptional facilities and services.
